FAQ's

If you have not received an order confirmation by mail, it could have the following reasons:

a.) You may not have entered your email address correctly.
b.) It could be that the e-mail ended up in your spam folder.
c.) The order process was not completed correctly.

Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment (except for purchase on account). If you pay via PayPal or Instant bank transfer, the item will be shipped the next business day at the latest - if it is in stock.

Within Germany you will usually receive your order within 2-4 business days after shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
