When will my order be shipped?
Once payment has been successfully received, we will ship your order with DHL on the same or the next business day at the latest. Shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
What are the return conditions?
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or other proof of purchase.
