How can I return an item free of charge?

1. Fill out the return label:
Print your return label.

2. Pack the item:
We recommend that you use the original packaging to avoid unnecessary packaging waste. Please make sure that the original label is removed or covered.

TIP: If you do not have a printer, you can download the label with the barcode to your cell phone. At the post office this barcode will be scanned and your parcel label can be printed on the spot.

4. Send your parcel
You can drop off the parcel at any post office.

5. Wait for return confirmation and refund
Once we receive your return, you will receive a return confirmation email. You will then receive a refund to your original chosen payment method. 
To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


What should you keep in mind when making a return?
The previously described return procedure is the recommended return method of Sons of Aloha. If you choose another return method, we would like to point out that in this case the costs for the return are at your expense.

Furthermore, you should note that you are responsible for the condition of the goods until we receive them. You should therefore ensure that the packaging is secure. We also recommend that you have a proof of shipment issued in case of loss or damage during shipment. For these purposes, please also keep your invoice until the return is complete.

Returned items must be in their original condition when returned. In the case of signs of use, we are entitled under certain circumstances to charge for the resulting reduction in value.

What do you do if the goods are damaged?
If your ordered goods arrive damaged, please contact DHL customer service first. You must report any damage to your shipment in writing to a DHL branch within 7 days.
