My order

I haven't received an order confirmation - what now?

If you have not received an order confirmation by email, there may be one of the following reasons:

a) You may have entered your email address incorrectly.
b) It is possible that the email ended up in your spam folder.
c) The order process was not completed correctly.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive payment (except for purchases on account).
If you pay via PayPal or Sofortüberweisung, the item will be dispatched on the next working day at the latest – if in stock.

Within Germany, you will usually receive your order within 2-4 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands is free.

Otherwise, shipping costs vary depending on the country.

How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@sons-of-aloha.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

How can I cancel my order?

Send us an email and we will try to cancel your order if that is still possible.
