If you have not received an order confirmation by mail, it could have the following reasons:

a.) You may not have entered your email address correctly.
b.) It could be that the e-mail ended up in your spam folder.
c.) The order process was not completed correctly.

Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment (except for purchase on account). If you pay via PayPal or Instant bank transfer, the item will be shipped the next business day at the latest - if it is in stock.

Within Germany you will usually receive your order within 2-4 business days after shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I have not received an order confirmation - what now?

If you have not received an order confirmation by email, this may be for the following reasons:

a.) You may not have entered your email address correctly.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received payment (except for purchases on account).
If you pay via PayPal or Sofortüberweisung, the item will be dispatched on the next working day at the latest, provided it is in stock.

Within Germany, you will usually receive your order within 2-4 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands is free of charge.

Otherwise, the shipping costs vary depending on the country.

How can I return an item?

To arrange a return, you can contact us at unterinfo@sons-of-aloha.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
