I didn't receive an order confirmation by email – what now?
If you have not received an order confirmation, there may be one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect email address entered.
- The email is in the spam folder.
- The order process was not fully completed.

When will my order be shipped?
After successful receipt of payment, we will ship your order with DHL on the same or next business day at the latest. Shipping within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days.
What are the conditions for returns?
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Are all Sons of Aloha bags water-resistant?
Many of our products have a water-repellent or waterproof coating to protect your items from light rain.
